401 Mr. Barbieri brings a combination of financial, business acumen and experience to his position on Telsource's board of directors. 1988 NY Times. Marshall Cogan, chairman of Knoll International Holdings Inc., said yesterday that Knoll had sold its General Felt Industries subsidiary to Merrill Lynch Capital Partners Inc. and Rocco A. Barbieri, Knoll's president. The agreement to sell the unit, which makes carpeting and pads was reached last month. No terms were disclosed.

402 Mr. Olga Loeffler, 24, wife of Otto Loeffler, of Patereson, formerly of Llncoln Poark, died early Friday morning following a throat operation at the Barnert Memorial Hostpial in Paterson. Mrs Loeffler is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Busse, of Broad Crest Lincoln Park. She had been a resident of Lincoln Park for the past 13 years before moving to Paterson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday afternoon at 2:00 at her late home at 121 Oxford Street Paterson. Interment will be at the Laurel Grove Cemetary in Totowa. Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by her daughter Delores May, 2 years old, three sisters Mrs. John Condon and the Misses Emma and Georgina Busse and brothers George and Raymond, of Lincoln Park.

Obituary

CHARLES BARBIERI, 69, of Paterson died Monday. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong reident. Mr. Barbieri, also known as Pernie, was a self-employed tax accountant. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Franklin Pleasure Club, Paterson. Survivors include his wife, the former Trina Hemkes; a daughter, Mena Trombino of Deltona, Fla., two sisters, Marie Mokos of Virginia Beach, Va., and Dolly Harland of Florida; two brothers, Robert of Toms River and Albert of West Milford; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Aquino Funeral Home, 236 Union Ave., Paterson:.

Obituary

PACIFICO "PAT" BARBIERI, 58, of Totowa, died Dec. 28. He was born in Paterson and lived in Totowa most of his life. He was a packer for the Continental Can Co., Paterson. Surviving are his wife, Beatrice; his mother, Teresa of Totowa; eight brothers, Benjamin of West Milford, Carmine, Gabriel, and Nicholas, all of Totowa, Reginald of Sussex, Anthony in Maryland, Rocco of Wayne, and Ronald in Connecticut; four sisters, Jean, Josephine, and Jcannie Sciarra, all of Totowa, and Nancy Marzelli of Sussex. The service was Dec. 31 at the Aquino Colonial Funeral Home, 236 Union Ave., Paterson, with burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
