Birth records for William James Straiton born 13 Oct 1862 in Glasgow father Joseph Straiton and mother Mary Scott. This Joseph may have been Joseph Sr. but his age at time of birth seems odd. Joseph Straiton born circa 1839 was the son of Joseph Straiton and Mary (nee Scott) Straiton according to this Joseph Straiton's death record.
